cashel crusader fly masks will always be my favorite, they are great quality and come in many varieties and sizes. you can find them online at dover, state line, anywhere really.

with rope halters clip the lunge line where the rope intersects from the cheek and the nose peice (where the metal peice is on nylon halters) so it is conected to both i do this for cross tying as well

My name is Brittany. I am a junior in high school and I have been riding for six years. I first school western for 4 months, then just the basics of english for 3 years. Moved to dressage and cross country for a year. I went back to the second barn and leased my first horse. She was the love of my life, but we have now both moved on. stormys second show! 9/7/08

in the morning I chilled with the Randall family waiting for the leadline class :]
I helped them get ready and as Maggie went in for Showmanship and Fitting, Stormy arrived. So I got her off the 'bus'. Lunged her [man she was crazy], changed into my show clothes and went into leadline class with Rinnie on Star. We did the equitation and pleasure back to back and she got 4 6th places! stormys first show! 8\9\08

K...so today was great. minus a few things.
we got off to a not so good start because emily and i were running late. we left the barn later than we wanted to, but still got a great parking spot.
i spot the randalls, and head over near them. Maggie meets me some of the way and Stormy just munched away on grass. I had just been saying how she hadn't even broke a sweat on the trailer and that she wasn't worked up at all. Next I know Stormy kicked out at Marin and she got kicked right in the head. I… Continue

8/2 and 8/1

Yesturday I did stalls, rode and cleaned lucky's saddle, and then rode stormy, in that order. my ride on lucky went really well. we worked on side passing, turn on the haunches and leg yeilding, along with the normal wtc. stormys ride, not so great. she was wonderful by my eq when i jumped was just horrible. I have a bad habit of throwing myself over the fence, which throws stormy off balance which makes her knock the rails down. well i've been trying really hard to break it and i have done so w… Continue

today! also was almost as amazing as yesturday! 7\26

i went to the barn kinda early, knowing the trailer wasn't ready for today. i wanted to get some done before my lesson which was at 11. so i get there at 9:30 and im told the lesson was changed to 10. so luckily i got there early.
i get lucky ready <333. i got on him and waited for everyone to get down into the ring. seeing as he is pretty smart, just wiggly, he knows some dressage, basic first level. so i warmed him up by bending him and doing some leg yeilding. once people actually came dow… Continue

One of the times, his owner was there, so it was a little pressureful, but it ended up being ok. I guess she's never cantered him and is a bit afraid of him from the saddle. She seemed fine with him on the ground. Anyways, I had a western lesson on Friday on another horse. It was a lot of fun! I'm glad to hear everything's going really well with you! At 2:01pm on April 22, 2008, Nancy said…: Yeah, everything's been good. Getting a lot better. Last week he was awesome until we were almost done with our lesson. I was about to get off and he decided to run frantically out of the arena. That was interesting. He was really good up until then, though. He didn't kick out at all when I asked for the canter, either, which was awesome. We even did a course of jumps at the canter (which he hasn't really done before) and got ALL OUR LEADS! Yeah! I was really happy. Hopefully this week is just as good. We'll see! I'm glad to hear everything's going pretty well with you, too!
