About Me:

Ok, so before i say anything, i hate ppl on this site that say " o yah ive been riding for 2 years and im training alot of horses at my barn" Obv. if you have been riding for 2 years, you can hardly ride! O and when ppl critique others, thats just not cool, and usally the ppl that do, dont know how to ride either! Ok im done :) read away.Well lets just say that i love riding.I have been riding for 6 years now =) So everything started when I went to a camp at the age of 10, riding all of the naughty little ponies. From the first day i went to camp, i fell in love. When the camp ended, i started taking juming lessons, eventually working up to 2 foot. At the end of my first year, i fell of while doing a 2' vertical and got scared to jump. typical. After that i volenteered at the barn, tacking up horses for the camps. When school started, i found out that my friend rode at a dressage barn, so i decided to start taking lessons there. I rode this little 13.2 welsh pony named trouble for about 2 years. We improved alot and started showing, winning most of our hack classes. After all of that, i had a major growing spurt, outgrowing trouble.I moved to a horse named Clip, a 14.3 hand arabian. I rode him for like 2 years, going to lots of shows and competing in Dressage. At that time i was training with Stephanie Rokstad. I rode clip for about 1 year, but then he had to return to his owners on the island. So leaving me with no horse, that proposed the idea of me getting a horse. We searched all summer having no luck. Finnaly i went to go see highlight, a 15.2 bay mare trakehner. I tried her out and i fell in love! I knew this was going to be the horse! We vet checked her, and bought her for 10,000. She came to my barn and I was so pumped. Since then we have been in training, and went to a couple little hack shows owning everyones ass. We are doing dressage, but a little jumping. Unfortunatly highlight is lame right know, we are giving her 2 weeks off then i can start riding her lightly =)
